Join Andy Allen of RoofTop BBQ and Green Mountain Grills for this class on gourmet pitmaster techniques. This will be a hands on experience limited to 25 students only. Andy will teach gourmet and competition BBQ techniques focusing on pork ribs, beef tri tip, BBQ sides, and desserts. Learn what it takes to enter into the world of competition BBQ or become the best backyard pitmaster in your neighborhood!
This in depth BBQ class will be approximately 4 hours. Each attendee will be served lunch at the end of class. Cost of this class is $80.
