The Great Northwest Outdoor Expo will be one of the largest gatherings of outdoor enthusiasts in the northwest. We anticipate tens of thousands of show attendees looking for the latest in outdoor gear and accessories to better their experience. The Expo offers you the opportunity to be face-to-face with people who have an interest in your business or products. An aggressive marketing plan is prepared to ensure the best possible exposure for the show and your business. A number of sponsor levels are available to fit into your marketing budget. These range from fixed sponsor levels with exciting media and onsite benefits, to banner sponsorships displaying your company or products. In addition, Ducks Unlimited zone sponsorships are available to place your company name on a specific activity or zone to provide maximum exposure. All proceeds from the event benefit conservation so market your business as one who supports conservation and our outdoor heritage.

How Do I Become a Sponsor?

Our sponsor levels are publicized on the website, detailing the different packages and media/onsite benefits. What Type of Marketing Will Be Done for This Event?

We are planning a very aggressive marketing campaign to ensure maximum exposure to outdoor enthusiasts all over the northwest.

  • Radio – Aggressive radio marketing will begin 3-4 weeks prior to the event and run through the last day of the Expo.
  • Social Media – The Great Northwest Outdoor Expo has established social media outlets through Facebook and Instagram.  Aggressive social media campaigns will run targeting outdoor enthusiasts across the northwest with many different videos, photos and contests.  The Expo and Sponsor logos will also be included on existing Idaho Ducks Unlimited social media campaigns which has an average reach of over 37,000 people monthly.
  • Email Campaigns – in Idaho alone, Ducks Unlimited launches an average of over 82,000 emails a month marketing events and activities. The Expo and many of the sponsors logos will be included as part in these email campaigns.

Onsite Benefits – Some sponsor packages include logo and marketing within our Expo programs and flyers. We will also include sponsor names and marketing on our Expo phone app.

Donated Items

The Expo accepts donations for promotions, giveaways and DU fundraising. If you would like additional exposure for your products and would like to donate items please contact us directly.
