As a non-profit event, we rely heavily on our volunteers.

If you’re interested in working with a dedicated, fun-loving group of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts before, during and after the Expo, please fill out the information below and send it our way.

The Great Northwest Outdoor Expo is a three day event with lots of activities and seminars going on throughout the weekend. We are in need of volunteers to help with many different areas of the Expo and a variety of activities from seminars, information booths, set up and tear down, and general assistance with the various activities. Set up of the Expo will begin several days before and will need volunteer help setting up the event. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age or older.

  • Instructional Seminars (set up and changing stages throughout the weekend)
  • General site monitoring

  • ATVs & ATV track support
  • VIP lounge
  • Volunteer Hospitality
  • Waiver Control
